Manchester United are starting to go through their rebuild with INEOS at the helm in the back office operations and Ruben Amorim safely in charge on the pitch.

The club are currently looking at impressive talents such as Matheus Cunha, Liam Delap, Victor Osimhen and Diogo Costa to reinforce the squad.

However, this doesn’t mean they’re turning their eyes entirely outward, with the United Academy renowned for fostering young talent.

Last season saw Alejandro Garnacho and Kobbie Mainoo’s breakthrough, whilst Harry Amass and Toby Collyer are becoming regular names, with Tyler Fredricson becoming the 254th academy graduate to make a senior appearance.

With United trying to fight their way back to their winning ways, and their talented individuals seemingly on the way up, Puma have stepped in and signed three of United’s young stars.

The Daily Mail has reported that the sportswear giant has agreed a deal with new signing Ayden Heaven as well as Godwill Kukonki and Bendito Mantato.

The trio have reportedly been signed, not just for their potential as rising stars, but also as a strategic move for Puma.

With Adidas being the official kit manufacturers for United, they hold the front seat for signing stars to their brand.

However, Puma’s new signings are regarded as influential amongst their peers, making the brand well represented at Carrington, giving them an in to further recruit to their label.

Aside from Adidas, Nike have agreed a massive deal with “kid Messi” JJ Gabriel, whilst Alejandro Garnacho has recently penned a deal with Sketchers.
