Manchester United’s hopes of salvaging a turbulent season continue to hang in the balance, with fans growing increasingly frustrated by the lack of consistency on the pitch.

Under new boss Ruben Amorim, results have been mixed, and while some glimpses of promise have emerged, the team has struggled for any real momentum.

Big-name departures in January, including Marcus Rashford and Antony heading out on loan, have shaken the squad and left gaps in key areas.

As the rebuild under INEOS continues, there is growing focus on young talent and which academy products can be trusted to step up at senior level.

One of the most intriguing developments involves teenage sensation Harry Amass, who is now firmly on the radar of multiple Championship clubs.

Harry Amass, still just 18, has started making his breakthrough into the Manchester United first team over the past few weeks, despite the arrival of Patrick Dorgu from Lecce for £30 million.

GIVEMESPORT have revealed that Manchester United are preparing for a wave of loan offers for the England U18 international when the summer transfer window opens.

Leicester City, fresh off their Premier League relegation, are among the clubs eyeing a loan deal for Harry Amass, who is currently on a £5,000-per-week contract at Old Trafford.

Despite his impressive showing in United’s recent defeat to Wolves and standout moments during last summer’s U.S. pre-season tour, competition for the left wing-back spot remains fierce.

Harry Amass was on Leicester’s radar back in January and it now looks they are back in the race for the youngster.

Luke Shaw and Dorgu are still seen as senior options, and while United are reportedly open to offloading Shaw — who has two years left on a £150,000-a-week deal — it’s expected he’ll feature more centrally if retained.

Internally, some United coaches believe Amass is ready to be a regular squad option next season, but Amorim remains cautious.

The Portuguese manager, who was initially unconvinced by Amass, now views him as a legitimate talent but isn’t yet sure how often he’d play him.

United plan to include Amass in pre-season before deciding on a loan, but the growing interest from Championship sides could force a tough decision.

If Amorim opts for experience over youth in his first full campaign, then Amass’s future — at least short-term — may lie away from Old Trafford.
