Manchester United fans have been called out by the FA on the back of behaviour aimed at Phil Foden in the recent Manchester Derby.
The game ended in a goalless draw, summing up both club’s disappointing seasons.
The most notable part of the game was the interesting fact that for the first time in 10 years, Manchester United’s match-day squad featured no Mancunians due to Marcus Rashford’s loan spell and Kobbie Mainoo’s injury.
However, the United fans have now come under extreme criticism for some of their chants directed at Phil Foden.

FA condemns fan chants about Phil Foden

Chris Wheeler of The Daily Mail has now reported: “I understand the FA are aware of the chants about Phil Foden’s mother by Man Utd fans at Old Trafford yesterday and condemn them, but won’t take any action because they don’t breach regulations.”
Speaking about the comments, City boss Pep Guardiola commented that it goes beyond an individual football club.
The Citizen’s manager commented: “Lack of class. But it’s not United, it’s the people, you know?”
He continued: “We are so exposed, people who are on the screen in world football — managers, owners, and football players especially.
“Honestly, I don’t understand the mind of the people involving the mum of Phil. It’s a lack of integrity, class, and they should be ashamed.”
