It has been a season to forget for Manchester United and Ruben Amorim.
The club are currently going through arguably their worst ever season, currently sitting 15th in the Premier League.
Some fans have already mentally checked out of the season due to the dire results and performances.
There has even been talk of Ruben Amorim potentially being sacked already.
Now, the club have made arrangements for post-season, as United look to turn their state around.
This decision comes amid increasing concerns over player workload, with the expanded Club World Cup and UEFA’s revamped Champions League format already adding to fixture congestion.

Last season, Tottenham and Newcastle were criticised for flying to Australia for a post-season match.
Alan Shearer had labelled it a “madness.”
United’s financial situation is another factor behind this trip, with the club losing more than £300 million in the past five years.
Head coach Ruben Amorim recently acknowledged that the first-team squad are the “engine” of the club, responsible for driving revenues.
The Red Devils are set to play two post-season matches immediately after the Premier League season concludes in May.
The matches will be played in Malaysia and Hong Kong, as per Simon Stone’s report on BBC.
The club will use the trip as an opportunity to engage with their massive fanbase in Asia.

Opposition for the fixtures are yet to be confirmed.
Manchester United last played in Malaysia in 2009 and visited Hong Kong in 2013.
The tour is expected to take place in the short window between United’s final league game on May 25 and the Champions League final on May 31.
Therefore, adding to an already packed summer schedule.
After the post-season fixtures, players will immediately head into international duty, followed by the Club World Cup in mid-June.
Then, a return to the United States for a pre-season tour in late July, before the 2025/26 Premier League campaign kicks off in mid-August.
