Lille striker Jonathan David has addressed his future as his contract runs down ahead of the summer transfer window.
The 25-year-old has long been linked with a move to Manchester United.
However no deal has ever materialised.
Rasmus Hojlund has struggled up top for United this season, leading to the club looking at replacements.
David has scored 104 goals for Lille after previously netting 37 times in 83 games for KAA Gent.

With his contract expiring at the end of the season, interest in him has intensified.
Arsenal and Barcelona have been long-term admirers.
Speaking to Onze Mondial, David confirmed he expects to leave Lille in the summer.
“Yes, I will be free at the end of the season,” he said.
“As for my future, I hope to grow, to become a better player.
“To play for the biggest clubs in the world if I can.
“But first of all, I just want to have fun. Never forget that football is fun.
“I wake up every morning for football, for the pleasure of playing.
“Do you want any clues about my future? You will all know in due time, at the end of the season.

“I will not comment before then. First of all, I want to finish this season well.
“When the season is over, the decision will be made and announced.”
David has frequently been asked about a Premier League move.
In March 2023, after becoming Lille’s leading scorer of the 21st century, he was quizzed again.
“Premier League? [It’s] One of the best leagues in the world, why not?” he replied.
David is seen as a well-rounded striker who could provide much needed versatility at United.
However, he may not necessarily be the clinical striker that fans are craving.
