Manchester United striker Marcus Rashford is set to leave Old Trafford looking for a “new challenge” and he’s not short on options.
Since Rashford declared he would be leaving United, he’s been absent from the pitch, however this hasn’t stopped clubs swarming.
The United striker has a whole host of options ahead of him with his brother-come-agent currently touring Europe meeting with elite clubs.
Already Rashford’s brother Dwaine Maynard has met with European powerhouses Borussia Dortmund, Juventus, AC Milan and Barcelona.
Now, The Telegraph has reported that Ligue 1 side Monaco are also getting in on the action, wanting to fight it out for the striker’s signature.

Monaco join the race for Marcus Rashford
Marcus Rashford has joined their shortlist of targets in a bid to push for silverware with the French side in third place in Ligue 1 and still in the Coupe de France Round of 16.
The French club are also looking to qualify for the Champions League Round of 16, with fixtures against Aston Villa, and Inter Milan still remaining.
It’s reported that Monaco are willing to offer a “realistic package” to bring the United star to France.
Whilst several offers for the star, such as Barcelona’s and AC Milan’s, focusing on a loan deal with January with an option to buy, i’s unclear what type of deal Monaco are looking at pitching.
Rashford’s departure would free up valuable space in United’s wage budget, with the striker earning £325,000 per week.
This, alongside top earner Casemiro on the brink of departure will drastically affect the spend on wages at the club, with United being more cautious about spending going forwards.
