Manchester United have now re-entered the race for one of Serie A’s top talents, with several clubs looking to land his signature.
United are desperate to turn things at the club around, with Amorim’s men currently holding 13th place in the Premier League.
The Red Devils are reportedly open to any offers for any of their stars in a drastic bid to raise funds for new signings who fit into Amorim’s preferred style better than some current options available to the Portuguese manager.
A clear issue for the squad is their left flank, with no one establishing themself as Amorim’s first choice in the role.
Injuries have plagued the side for over a year now, relying on Diogo Dalot to cover, but Amorim now wants a solid player to apply themselves in the role.
As such, United have now advanced their pursuit of Napoli winger, Khvicha Kvaratskhelia, hoping he can fit the bill.

Manchester United make contact with Khvicha Kvaratskhelia
Loic Tanzi has reported that United have now initiated concrete talks for Kvaratskhelia.
The talented winger, labelled as “the next Mo Salah” has been on United’s radar for over a year now, however, it appeared to be a no-go in recent months.
Kvaratskhelia is contracted with Napoli until 2027, however, the Italian club’s to extend his contract further have now stalled.
This has opened the door for clubs like PSG and United to renew their interest in the star they’d previously given up on.
Whilst the results of these talks are still unknown at this time, it shows United’s clear intent to land the winger this winter.
