It has been a tough time for Manchester United over the past decade.

Plenty of players came in from Ajax, only to expectedly struggle in the Premier League.
One player who was signed in that period, has overseen a mixed start to life with the Red Devils.
The player in particular has faced an abundance of criticism from pundits and United fans.

Andre Onana remains in contention for the Premier League Golden Glove, despite United’s struggle for wins.
The Cameroon goalkeeper has secured six clean sheets this season, trailing Nottingham Forest’s Matz Sels by just two.
Former United shot-stopper Massimo Taibi has now urged Onana to reflect on his performances.
Speaking to The Sun, Taibi said: “I’d be straight to the point and tell him.
“Andre, you are one of the best ‘keepers in Europe but in the Premier League, you are under-performing.
“Block out criticism, do some soul-searching.
“Press the rest and go again.
“If things don’t change by June, move on.”
Onana only arrived at the club under ten Hag in 2023/24.
It is likely for the 28-year-old to remain at the club for at least another year.
However, fans will continue to wonder when Onana will replicate the form seen from his days at Inter Milan.
Taibi went on to add: “I think the United environment isn’t ideal for him.
“When a marriage is showing cracks, it’s pointless to continue.
“Sometimes things don’t work out as a team and it’s best to go separate ways, which would not be a failure.”
