Ruben Amorim’s move to Manchester United has brought excitement for the new rebuild project at Old Trafford.

Since Sir Jim Ratcliffe bought his 27.7% share of United at the start of the year, he’s been determined to return the club to its former glory.

Ratcliffe and his new team of executives, comprising of Omar Berrada, Dan Ashworth and Jason Wilcox, have all decided that Amorim is the right man to take the club forward, following Erik ten Hag’s sacking.

Now with the Portuguese manager at the club, having arrived this week, it’s not just the current squad getting excited for the future of The Red Devils.

One Chelsea star is reportedly wanting to make a switch from London to Manchester to be a part of the action.

Manchester United tempts Chelsea star

Reports from Football Insider have claimed that Chelsea attacking midfielder Christopher Nkunku is looking at making the switch to United.

The 26-year-old is reportedly unhappy with the way things are at Stamford Bridge and would be interested in a move to Old Trafford.

Nkunku has been instrumental in the club’s cup runs, getting nine goals and one assist in seven games. However, he’s still struggling to become a regular starter in the Premier League, making the forward consider a switch.

The report explains that if he doesn’t break into the starting XI soon, he could push for an exit from the London-based club.
