Ruud van Nistelrooy stunned the Manchester United squad in his dressing room talk yesterday evening.
The Red Devils finally earned their first win in Europe this season, beating PAOK 2-0 at Old Trafford.
Two goals from Amad Diallo sealed the dominant victory, which shot United up to 15th in the Europa League table.
They now sit three points behind FCSB in eighth, who occupy the last automatic qualification spot to the Round of 16.

Before last night’s affair, Ruud van Nistelrooy revealed some news which the players could not believe.
‘I said to the lads before the game that it was a year ago since the last European win at Old Trafford.
‘We couldn’t believe. It was time to turn it around, build and change. It’s a big period at the club,’ he said to TNT Sports.
United’s last European win came in the Champions League at home to Copenhagen last October.
A Harry Maguire header and a last-minute Andre Onana penalty save nicked three points for Erik ten Hag’s side.
That was United’s only win in Ten Hag’s last 11 European games at the club.

From then until last night, fans had to wait 381 days to see victory in Europe.
Van Nistelrooy will now turn his attention to Sunday, as he prepares for his last game as interim manager at United.
His side will face Leicester at Old Trafford – just like in his first game – only this time in the Premier League.
On Monday, he will hand the keys to Ruben Amorim, who will have 13 days to make ready for his first game against Ipswich Town on November 24.
